We welcome orders by post, telephone, fax, email or in person
at our workshops. When ordering please include date of manufacture,
vehicle identification numbers and whether it is left or
right hand drive.
Payment
We accept payment by cheque (provided it is drawn on a
UK bank account), bankers draft. We also welcome payment
by all debit or credit cards.
VAT
VAT will be charged on all orders dispatched to EEC member
countries. Whilst VAT is not levied on goods bound for
countries outside the EEC, there may be local import
taxes and duties. These charges are not included in the
cost of goods.
Bona fide traders within the EEC should supply details of
their VAT number for us to supply goods at zero rate.
Carriage
Carriage to UK addresses is charged at a rate of 15% of
the cost of goods but is often less than this on larger
orders. Overseas carriage charges are quoted on an individual
basis, dependant on size and weight. Please ask for details.
Terms and conditions of sale
All goods must be paid for before dispatch unless other
arrangements have been made. The title of goods is transferred
to customers upon payment of the goods set out in our invoice.
Most parts carry a manufacturers warranty. This will not
affect your statutory rights. In the event of any claim,
please quote your invoice number in any correspondence.
We regret that we are unable to replace any goods that
are short delivered or damaged in transit if they have
already been signed for as received in good condition.
We recommend that you not sign until you have checked the
condition of the consignment. |
